Lucky charm - sea coal

A piece of lucky sea coal ethically sourced from the beaches of the North West of England.
We have picked this coal from the beach since we were children. It makes a fabulous Yule fire and burns with a curious green flame. We used to call it black gold because it sparkles on a fine day when the tide has gone out and left it’s treasure on the shore line.
In folklore sea coal was also carried for luck and prosperity.
We have a few large piece in the museum and we are selling some of the smaller pieces in order to raise funds for the museum.
You will receive a hand selected piece of sea coal which will range from 2cms to 3cms.
